A 12-day listening journey

This journey was recorded around the turning of the year, in the days following the winter solstice - a time that many cultures have long recognised as a threshold. A space in between, where old cycles loosen and something new begins to take shape, often quietly.

At the same time, thresholds are not bound to dates.

We move through them whenever life shifts. In moments of transition, endings, beginnings, loss, birth, re-orientation, or inner changes that do not always have clear language. Each of these moments carries its own season of listening.

Moving Through the Threshold is a 12-day journey you can enter at any point in your life where you sense such a crossing. Each day offers a short audio and a simple, lightly held prompt. The journey is designed to unfold over twelve days, one step at a time, while allowing you to move at a pace that feels true for you.

The themes you’ll meet here - being held by the dark, remembering the seed, returning gently, gathering, giving back, and beginning again - are not seasonal instructions. They are human movements. You’re invited to let them meet the threshold you are living now.
